Juniors
At Callum Park we take pride in our excellent range of services for young riders. We
have taught thousands of junior riders in recent years - and would love to welcome
you and your family too.
With three children ourselves, we completely understand their needs - and the
questions and concerns that parents have. This has led us to develop our junior instruction
program, where we combine understanding instructors, ideal ponies and great activities to
keep everyone happy. Better still beginner groups ride indoors.
Lessons:
We have a range of junior lessons to cater for different ages and abilities. Most children
begin with a half hour lead rein lesson to learn the basics, and then move onto hour-long
lessons in groups. Alternatively, private tuition is available.
Unicorns:
We have developed 'Unicorns' as a unique experience to introduce the under fives to riding.
Unicorns activities give you music, games, stickers and fun whilst, at the same time, teaching
valuable skills of balance and confidence. We are one of only a handful of schools in the
country judged to be safe enough to teach children under four years of age.
Ponies:
We have a large selection of ponies available - so there is something to suit all children,
whatever their age or ability. All our ponies are hand picked to ensure that young
children learn to ride as quickly and safely as possible. Of course, children will have
their favorites, so we do our very best to allocate them with their preferred
pony, using our Schoolmaster System.
